The Feast of All Souls/All Saints will be observed on Sunday, November 5th at the 10:00 a.m. service. If you have loved ones that you would like remembered at this service, please provide us with your name and the first and last name(s) of the departed on this form. Names must be submitted by Monday, October 23rd.
