Since the 1990s, the Reverend Canon Paul Jeffries has served as Rector of the Bishop McAllister College & Anglican Seminary, located in Western Uganda. The school has over 700 students enrolled in several educational programs: a highly regarded, co-ed boarding secondary school (Grades 7–12), and a primary school (Grades 5–7) that has a special focus on theological education. Under Canon Jeffries’ leadership, the school has expanded and significantly improved its physical plant: adding or improving staff housing, a girls’ dormitory, a dining hall, primary school facilities, a chapel, and a new library. All Souls’ has a longstanding history of supporting Canon Jeffries’ important work overseas by sponsoring construction projects and student scholarships.
