Bishop McAllister College and Anglican Seminary.
Bishop McAllister College & Anglican Seminary is a highly regarded, co-ed boarding school. The school consists of a primary section (“seminary”, Grades 4–7) and a secondary section (O & A levels, ~Grades 8–12+). There are currently 880 students enrolled. The school is located in western Uganda, in the community of Kyogera, near the town of Kabwohe in Sheema District, approximately 30 kilometers from Mbarara.
The Rev. Canon Paul Jeffries has served as Rector of the school since 1998. Under his leadership, the school has expanded and significantly improved its physical plant: adding or improving staff housing, a girls’ dormitory, a dining hall, primary school facilities, a chapel, and a library. Music buildings are under construction.
All Souls’ has a longstanding history of supporting the school by sponsoring construction projects and student scholarships (24 annually).
